1.黑豆面粉和小麦面粉

2.黑豆面粉150克加小麦面粉150克,酵母3克加少许白糖加温水化开,加少许的盐一起和成黑面团,小麦面粉300克,酵母3克加少许白糖加温水化开。一起和成白色面团,分别发酵至2至3倍

3.取黑豆面团和白面团,擀成圆片。

4.将黑豆面片一切为二,其中一半叠放在白面片上。
